An anti-inflammatory gel is a non-greasy gel that helps reduce swelling and pain. It is used to treat conditions such as arthritis, sprains, strains and bruises.
Warnings:
Do not use Voltaren Gel if you are allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, other NSAIDs, or aspirin combined with paracetam/Acivicos (200mg/2.5mL). Inform your doctor if you have any history of heart disease, heart rhythm problems (like abnormal or irregular heartbeat, fast or slow heartbeats, irregular or slow heartrate, abnormal rhythm, heart rhythm problem, abnormal rhythm with QT prolongation, abnormal rhythm with torsades de pointes), or a condition that increases the risk of getting stomach ulcers (like ulcers that happen when taking certain anti-inflammatory drugs).
Do not use if you have a stomach ulcer, bleeding from the stomach or stomach ulcer caused by a broken or damaged stomach or duodenum, or bleeding from a blood clot in your stomach or duodenum.

Usage
The Voltarol Emulgel can be used for pain relief, fever management, dental fever, headache, dental pain, back pain, muscle aches, dental pain, migraine headache, dental pain, arthritis, period pain, dental fever, menstrual pain, menstrual cramps, menstrual pain with symptoms, period pain, migraine headache and other pain. The Emulgel is applied directly to the affected area.
Dosage
For adults and adolescents from 18 to 64 years of age: 1. Apply 1ml of gel 2 times daily for 1 week. If pain relief is required, use a non-comedoid cap, non-comedoid gel cap or a noncomedoid cap. 2. If swelling/redness occurs, apply a bandage or a suppository to the painful area.
For children under 18: 1. If pain relief is required, use a noncomedoid cap, bandage or suppository. If swelling/redness occurs, use a noncomedoid applicator.
Always read the label carefully and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
Adults and adolescents from 64+ years: 2. Apply 1g of gel 3 times daily for 4 days. If pain relief is required, use a noncomedoid applicator. Do not use a bandage or suppository. 3. Do not use a bandage or a suppository on the same skin area.
